The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and Universal Service Fund (USF) are now open for the 2026 season.
This program is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once funds are depleted, the program will conclude.
The Weatherization Application Portal (WAP) is open all year.
The Lead Remediation and Abatement Program (LRAP) Application Portal is open all year.
Tenants and landlords can continue to apply online.
